2. Program Participation & Conduct

Participants in TNGI programs (including SMDP and YMLA) are expected to:

• Adhere to the institutional code of conduct at all times.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Respect the physical and digital property of TNGI and other participants.
• Engage in a manner that promotes a positive learning environment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of TNGI or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any TNGI intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

TNGI provides its programs and website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, TNGI does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. TNGI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our programs or website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
