Transforming the Next Generation Initiative (TNGI) is a Nigerian NGO that has spent over 15 years empowering youth through free leadership training, mentorship, and education support. Operating across secondary schools, university campuses, and rural and urban communities, TNGI runs structured programs — including YMLA, SMDP, STP, YIP, and GSC — designed to equip young Nigerians with direction, skills, and opportunity. TNGI is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and accredited by the Osun State and Kwara State governments.
