Transforming the Next Generation Initiative (TNGI) has spent more than 15 years working around youth transformation, mentorship, education, leadership development, skills acquisition and opportunities for young people.
The organization was founded around a simple but powerful conviction: young people have enormous potential, but potential without direction, mentorship and opportunity can remain unrealized.
Over the years, TNGI has organized mentorship programs, leadership initiatives, educational support, skill-development programs and youth-focused conferences designed to help young people become better equipped for life and their future.
Its history includes the development of programs such as YMLA, SMDP, educational support initiatives and other youth empowerment efforts.
The goal has consistently been transformation.
The AI Summit is an extension of that same mission into one of the most important technological shifts of our generation.
WHY AI?
The world young people are entering is different from the world their parents entered.
