How one-on-one guidance is proving to be the most effective tool against youth restiveness.

Mentorship is more than just advice; it is the transfer of experience, character, and vision from one generation to the next. In Nigeria today, where youth face unprecedented economic and social pressures, mentorship acts as an anchor.

The Current Landscape

Recent studies show that young people with active mentors are 55% more likely to enroll in college and 78% more likely to volunteer regularly. Yet, a vast majority of youths in our rural communities lack access to positive role models.

Through our Students Mentoring & Discipleship Program (SMDP), we have seen firsthand how consistent, positive adult presence can turn a struggling student into a school leader. It bridges the gap between raw talent and actualized potential.
