A youth population increasingly lured into internet fraud, substance abuse, cultism, and a deep sense of hopelessness — not because they lack talent, but because they lack direction, mentorship, and opportunity.
Every day, incredible skills go to waste. Future doctors, engineers, educators, and entrepreneurs are lost — not to a lack of ability, but to a lack of exposure. This is the crisis that Transforming the Next Generation Initiative (TNGI) was born to confront. For over 15 years, we have stepped into the gap — rescuing destinies, igniting purpose, and proving that when you invest in a young person's transformation, you don't just change one life; you change an entire generation.

The IYTC serves as our core training ground. We are currently operating from our temporary site in Ile-Ife, Osun State, while active development is ongoing at our permanent location.
This center is the birthplace of all Mentorship and Leadership Training programmes, alongside our Scholarship-based Educational and Entrepreneurship initiatives.
